SCM Officer

Job Description

Manage overall supply chain processes in operations and SAP to meet all Delivery demands
Support in general reporting to Headquarters for sales and procurement related projects
Work closely with country team and current 3PL to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
Handle product purchases from factory and customer orders and maintain product purchase price in SAP
Coordinate incoming orders with local sales team and overseas Supply Chain Management team to ensure smooth delivery
Be involved in new operations planning and implementation
Inventory management at 3PL warehouse (Ensure SAP inventory and warehouse inventory are reconciled monthly and support stock count at 3PL warehouse)
Create and release purchase order and Upload S/N warranty in the warranty system
Create/maintain material BOM & batch in SAP
Support troubleshooting and raise tickets for SAP issues
Support Credit note creation and raise vendor payment requests in system
