Job Description
* 5 days work week, Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
* Location: West
* Japanese MNC company
* At least 1 year working experience in relevant
* Permanent
Our client is an established manufacturing company in fused silica filler
Responsibilities:
- Carry out clerical duties relating to the purchase of items.
- Process purchase requisitions from user departments with the approval by their Heads of Department. Co-ordinate between user and supplier and agreed on an appropriate date for delivery of purchased items.
- Contact suppliers and obtains quotations.
- Prepares and sends out purchase orders.
- Assist in receiving of goods, verify that the goods are received in the right quality and quantity.
- Maintains purchasing documents, files and records in compliance with Company's policies.
- To support department with general administrative duties.
- Good team player and positive attitude
