Customer Service Officer (Seafreight/ up to S$3,500/ East)


Job Description

► Work Location: East (Company's transport at AMK/Sengkang/Tanah Merah/Tampines/Jurong East/Lakeside.)
► Basic salary up to S$ 3,500 + AWS +VB
► Min. 1 year experience in seafreight

 

Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.

Job scopes:

  • Process customer's orders timely and accurately
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Liaison with overseas agents for freight handling & other matters
  • Shipping documentation (import / export / BL / documentation)
  • Handle Cargo documentation such as LCL & FCL
  • Administration duties

 


Requirements:

  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Sea freight / airfreight and familiar with import and export process
  • Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Monday - Fridays, alternate Saturday
  • From S$2,500.00 to S$3,500.00
