Job Description

* Shift hour, morning shift / afternoon shift
* Location: West
* Basic + AWS + VB + Shift Allowances + Transport Allowances
* Follow one of the shift available (shift #1 is 6.30am to 3pm or shift #2 is 2.15pm till 10.45pm)
* No experience are welcome to apply
* Training is provided
* 6 months contract and extendable

Our client is a global specialty chemical company

Responsibilities

• Follow safety instruction and wear recommended PPE
• Prepare packaging material by pasting hazard & product label
• Transferring of material from batching area to production area using forklift
• Charging of raw material using pumps or manually into process vessel as per SOP
• Packaging of the product into specified containers using hoses, diaphragm pump, filter housing and filling machine
• Transferring of products from production area to WIP area
• Cleaning of process vessel, collection of waste water and disposal of waste chemicals
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work station and production area
• Respond to and take appropriate action for all plant emergencies

Requirements:

• Nitec or Secondary School Leaving Certificate
• Worked in manufacturing industries, aware of general safety standards and have safety mindset
• Wear recommended PPE and work in production area
• Certified forklift driver (preferred)
• Ability to transfer powder raw materials with buddy system from 25KG powder bags into process vessel
• Willing to work Overtime
• Physically fit, energetic and hard working.
