Deskside Support Engineer (IT Equipment) / 5 days / Central


Job Description

* Office hour, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
* Location: CBD area
* Basic + 1 month completion bonus
* 12 months contract and renewable
* At least 1 year experience in deskside support

Our client is an IT service solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Level 1.5 diagnosing, identifying, resolving end user reported IT equipment issues
  • Understand the process, procedures, work instructions, policies, required documentation, and tools
  • IMACD support of IT equipment, software, and Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) for user
  • Provide support for video conferencing and AV systems.
  • Perform accurate handing/taking over of technology devices and accurate update of Asset management Tool
  • Replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
  • Close all assigned and resolved Incidents; focus on ticket resolution within SLA
  • Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
  • Proactive update and follow up to end users
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain cordial and respectful relationship with client's point of contact.

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma in IT or relevant
  • Min 1 year of deskside support experience
  • Posses knowledge of AD account , basic network security
  • Candidate must be able to travel (support remote site required)
