REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate shipment and handle import/export shipment documents/correspondences
Preparing L/C and bills negotiation
Preparing sales and purchase confirmation
Processing of customer & supplier invoices and payments
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
