Customer Service Coordinator (up to S$2.7K/ 5 days/ Jurong Island)


Job Description

► Work Location: Jurong Island (transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
► Work hours: 8.30am - 5.15pm, Mon - Fri
► Salary up to S$2,700 + AWS + VB
► Min. 2 years' experience in logistics coordinating

Our client is a leading logistics and transportation services provider.


Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle customers' inquiries, purchases, service requests and complaints.
  • Issuance of shipping documents (i.e. COO permit, packing lists, invoices etc.).
  • Maintaining a high quality standard of customer service.
  • Monitor and ensure all shipments delivery are completed on time.
  • Maintain good rapport with customers.


Requirements:

  • Min. O' Level/ Diploma in logistics or relevant related discipline is an advantage.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in logistics coordinating and experienced in preparing shipping documents.
  • Able to summarize logistics schedule.
  • Good communication skills in both speaking with writing.
  • Meticulous and able to work in fast-paced environment.
