Project Executive/ Manager (Residential Projects/ Central)
Job Description
Our client is a startup company and specialized in home interiors and renovations platform that connects interior designers & customers.
Responsibilities:
• In-charge of planning, coordination and implementation of various projects including A&A, renovation works for clients.
• Responsible for projects assigned and accomplished the completion of the projects on time within budget and with high quality.
• Update, complete and submit management reports accurately and timely.
• Ensure project completion and deliver with conformance level of good quality to immediate supervisor including clients
• Maintain high degree of coordination work and knowledge
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• At least 2 years of residential interior renovations experience
• Experience in project management
• Good understanding of A&A and renovation works
• Well versed in BCA rules and regulations
• Good communication skills
