This role reports to the Finance Director in managing all treasury activities of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support overseas companies in fund management and recommend financing structure for funding needs.
  • Execute effective hedging strategy and analysis to risk management policy to minimize FX exposure risk
  • Direct cash management and borrowing strategies, providing insight and recommendations to improve working capital and reduce cost of funding where possible
  • Establish and support banking relationships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
  • CPA or CFA preferred
  • Possess regional treasury experience
  • Experience in handing Group financing of inter-company loan to the region countries from deployment of interco/bank borrowing.
  • Familiar with Foreign currencies hedging instruments and FX risk management
  • Prior working experience in the banking industry is an advantage
  • Able to travel overseas if required
