Job Description

►Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm



Responsibilities:

Train dealers' technicians and impart technical knowledge
Capability of Trouble-shoot, service and repair refrigerators
Do training / presentation to dealers and customers
Handle customers' complaints and analyses failure statistic
Prepare and write technical reports
Analyze complaints statistic and work on improvement steps

 

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Refrigeration or Mechatronics Engineering.
Service and repair of equipment and experience in R600A refrigerant will be of advantage.
Electrical or electronic knowledge is preferred
A good communicator who is versatile and customer service oriented
Must be prepared to travel occasionally to overseas (Europe)
Must possess Class 3 driving licence
