Mobile: $20
2 Years Contract (Renewable)
8am to 5.30pm
(On schedule ,will need to come in by 7.30am to assist school assembly)

Job Scope

Information Technology (IT) & Audio Visual (AV) Asset Management
1.1. Coordinate with vendors on IT & AV equipment installations, service, maintenance and repairs;
1.2. Acting administrator for the major audiovisual control system at MPH, Auditorium, Training Room and
other AV specialized rooms;
1.3. Maintain IT & AV equipment asset movement (loan and tracking);
1.4. Provide IT & AV assistance and user training;
1.5. Administer IT & AV related asset purchases;
1.6. Execute termly IT & AV preventive and maintenance plan;
1.7. Provide recommendation on latest IT & AV product offering for future upgrades.

2. Software/Portals/Applications Support
2.1. Perform basic educational software, educational portals and application support such as
2.1.1. User accounts administration,
2.1.2. Application updates and upgrades
2.1.3. user training and guides on how to use

3. IT related AV Systems Administration
3.1. Provide support for all requests for Video Conferencing systems
3.2. Provide support for enterprise IP Cameras across all sites;

4. Support
4.1. Provides 1st line support for IT & AV needs on events, trainings and troubleshooting. This includes, but
not limited to computer setup, video recording, video production and video broadcasting on multiple
platforms;
4.2. Provides technical support for classrooms (e.g. AV system, LCD projectors, visualizers, CD Players,
Computers, and all other IT Equipment);
4.3. Manages IT Hotline for urgent requests and Helpdesk email for requests for support;
4.4. Provide 2nd line support for Campus 2 and all other satellite sites when necessary.

5. Management
5.1. Ensure IT & AV equipment readiness;
5.2. Ensures appropriate monitoring of IT & AV performance;
5.3. Ensures proper renewal of necessary IT & AV maintenance agreement;
5.4. Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of all IT & AV information;
5.5. Regularly gives status reports across projects and addresses issues as appropriate;
5.6. Complies with school wide policies and procedures.
5.7. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies.

6. Internal Operations
6.1. Regularly gives status reports across projects and addresses issues as appropriate;
6.2. Complies with and helps to enforce standard school policies.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department.
