System Support Engineer (Redhill/ Up to $3,000)


Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
• Participation in providing training to customers as required.
• Keep customers inform on the Support development and progress.
• Highly customer service driven with excellent planning & organizational abilities.
• Report to the assigned Team Leader/Manager during support request.
• Provide implementation for cloud delivery such as Office365 and Microsoft Azure.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in system projects implementation
• Knowledge of Office 365, MS Exchange, SAN Storage, VMware, Citrix
• Good communication skills
• A good team player
