Solution Specialist (Pre-sales):
Job Responsibilities:
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Perform sizing of man-days effort required based on customer's requirements
- Create and draft Scope of works documentation for professional services
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- To attend & attain trainings & certifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or University degree in ICT, Engineering or Business with IT background
- Minimum 1-2 years of pre-sales support experience
- Hands-on experience in selling enterprise storage, backup & recovery, network and cloud
