►Basic $1700 to $2000 + Transport Allowance
►Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Attend customer service enquiry from Email/Calls
  • Handle warehouse management system on update inventory/product code/ status
  • Process order from system after received order /shipping instruction from customers
  • Coordinate/liaise with warehouse assistant on the picking/packing & delivery status
  • Handle goods Return / RMA defective parts from customer on data update & relevant handling/arrangement
  • Other logistics /admin ad-hoc duties as per request by customers
