→ Preferred with chemical engrg background and working exp. in manufacturing environment
→ US MNC dealing with Flavors & Fragrances
→ Work Location: Chin Bee Drive (2 stops away from Boon Lay interchange)
→ Working hours: 12 hours rotating shift from 7am to 7pm, 7pm to 7am, Mondays to Thursdays

Responsibilities:

• Performing all production tasks of gathering, charging, automation, blending, packing of materials and collection of batch sample for quality control purposes.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of Fragrances capsule production such as scales, pumps, valves, etc.
• Ensure on time root cause analysis & resolution of quality non-conformances. This is measured when a countermeasure is effective ensuring ZERO repeats of the same cause.
• Execution & completion of incomplete batches by proper selection of equipment, raw materials, tools and machinery and trouble shooting.
• Understanding of the Production and Process flow. Sound knowledge on the equipment, troubleshooting and their design parameters
• Perform and record daily check sheets such as scale calibration, process controls & forklift.
• Operating a forklift may be necessary and may only be performed if Compounder/Operator has a valid license.
• Writing SOPs as required for new pieces of equipment and/or new process implementation Investigate process.
• Training of new and existing Technicians.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Maintenance activities as according to schedule planned to ensure the systems are well maintained for specific equipment assignment in production

Requirement

• A Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with working experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred
• Willing to work rotating shift, comfortable to perform night shift
• Practice Good Manufacturing principles and comply at all times to GMP, Safety and Legislative requirements
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical aspects of the process instrumentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
