Team Lead (senior)

• Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C#. NET code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Identify, diagnose, track, and resolve software bugs and document bug cycle (using JIRA issue and project tracking tool).
• Carry-out regression testing on bug patches and permanent fixes.
• Create and maintain documentation

Experience / Requirement:

• Proficient in C#. NET with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable C#. NET libraries
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework
• Knack for writing clean, readable C#.Net code
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Extensive experience in the following Methodologies: Agile / Scrum / Waterfall
• Tools: JIRA
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required
• At least 5 years' experience required
