Quantity Surveyor (up to S$3K/ North)
Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- To process new enquiry by generating quantity take off and costing for customized components
- To generate comparison in costing between initial pre-award quotation and final approved shop drawing
- To respond to sales department on enquiry of standard components inclusive bill of material, costing and standard product drawing
- To request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Establish comparison between quotations, to obtain competitive and reasonable pricing inclusive evaluation on compliance with specifications
- Counter check with manufacturer on the practicability for modifying existing mould and its costing before submitting to client for approval
- Prepare modules of costing templates for various precast element to accelerate response time to customer with quotations
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in drafting, experienced in construction projects in Singapore
- Possess knowledge in building components and precast concrete products
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
