Leasing Executive (Up $3600/ 5 days)

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the mall while ensuring good tenant/trade mix
  • Handlng of new leases, lease renewals, lease expirations, negotiation and follow-up with various lease documentations
  • Prepare leasing documents
  • Evaluate and analyse tenants' business performance and be responsible for lease and tenant related matters

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Real Estate
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in leasing, preferably in a retail mall environment
  • Be independent, resourceful and possess excellent written and communication skills
