Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of works related to Quantity Surveying which includes sub-contract procurement.
  • Involve price comparison, prepare sub-contract agreement, prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation work, taking off quantity, cost estimation, assess sub-contractors' claim
  • Prepare payment response to sub-contractor, final account for main contract and sub-contract.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Must have working experience in construction company
  • Working hour: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm, alternate Saturday
  • Salary budget : up to $3.5K
