Job Description

>UP to S$4000 basic, 8am-5.30pm

>Working location Senoko, transport allowance provided. 

>Japan MNC, Food Manufacturng Industry. 

Responsibilities:
- Monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
- Identify supply gap & recovery for materials supportability
- Effectively manage and co-ordinate with internal and external parties eg. Production, Purchasing and warehouse on Inventory and raw material replenishment planning.
- Manage raw material forecasting and replenishment process.
- Work closely with the different suppliers on the call off plan of the raw materials and purchasing on supply issues and complaints on product.
- Constantly monitor the inventory and feedback concerns on the inventory level and any OOS situations.
- Manage customer supply allocations in situation where materials are on scare supply.
- Lead S&OP Process and manage Demand/Supply
- Work jointly with Commercial, Operations and Sourcing/Procurement team in raw material planning and ensure stock availability to support production.
- Weekly update on raw material situation and feedback on OOS situations.
- Work closely with the Planning Supervisor and Production Planner on the schedule and manage JIT materials to support the schedule.
- Manage raw material inventory to ensure it meets the stated inventory holding level.
- Manage the demand and supply of the plant and support on customer order fulfilment.
- Manage and balance the plant capacity.

Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma level with 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
- Must be computer literate, Proficient in MS Excel skills
- Comfortably to work on weekends if necessary
- Must have working experience in food manufacturing industry
- Reports to Production Manager 
- Supervisory experiences (managing 16 pax inclusive of warehouse supervisors, operators, foremen)
