  • Salary up to S$5.5K (base) + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the pipeline of new business into the company with a thorough knowledge of IT/Computing industry
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in key target accounts, system integrators as well as ISVs.
  • Research and evaluate existing business structure by applying various business analysis tools, formulate end-to end sales solutions, streamline operations, while contribute to long term growth objectives of Toughbook.
  • Formulate, develop and implement yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through and set mid/long term sales & business strategy.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Expand business reach and proactively creating new sales leads/ opportunities by sourcing 3rd party solutions and software
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree holders
  • Min 3years direct/indirect sales experience for B2B business in vertical market segments (Gov, Oil and Gas, Logistics & Transportation, Manufacturing etc.) with preferably in IT solutions products.
  • Have good experience and understanding of mobile solutions including MDM, UEM solutions like VMWare and software with android mobile OS knowledge.
  • Consistent and proactive engagement skills to build and connect active partner ecosystem
  • Highly analytical with strategic and deep-thinking capability to identify insights and new business opportunities.
  • Great interpersonal and engaging skills to manage complicated relationships between partners, ISVs and end users
  • Excellent presentation skills, planning and execution skills
