Job Description
Our client is A1 Main Contractor, handling commercial buildings and mixed development project.

5 Days (8.30am - 6.00pm)
East
Duties & Responsibilities:
Quantity Take-off
- Estimating and Tendering
- Project Procurement and Purchasing
- Project Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts
- General contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O
- Negotiation with subcontractors / suppliers, based on good knowledge of market rates
Requirements:
- 3 ~ 4 years of relevant working experience (QS) ; Minimum 5 years & above (for Senior QS)
- Possess a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Possess job ownership & initiative
- Hardworking & assertive
