Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries
• Preparing monthly sales forecast and report
• Define and execute territory sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
• Nurture and expand the company's relationship within customer accounts within geographic territory
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
• Increase brand recognition to existing key accounts.
• Have a consistent, stringent approach, focused on building relationships with a long-term perspective

Requirements:

• Professional, self- motivated, focused and creative
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in building / architecture field preferred
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree
• Minimum 2 year sales experience (preferably in manufacturing industry)
• Ability to meet the needs of multiple customers with diverse requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Travelling is required.
• Simple shipping/ logistic knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, English and Chinese (To liaise with chinese speaking customer)
• Start work - Immediate
