1) Support Engineer
a. Job Description
i. To setup/maintain hardware and software under support contract.
ii. Monitoring of hardware and software.
iii. Health check of hardware and software.
iv. To perform first level of troubleshooting.
v. Work with internal and external support to resolve issue.
vi. Provide update and report.

b. Requirement
i. Knowledge of network, ip address etc
ii. Sound Knowledge on Windows Servers.
