Sales Engineer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project specifications and preparing sales quotations
- To prepare project documentation as per customer requirement and submit within expected dateline
- To provide pre-sales and technical support to customers
- Liaising with internal departments to meet delivery dates
- To perform ad-hoc assignments if required
- To source and perform negotiation with mills/suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/diploma in any engineering
- Sales experience in pipes, fittings, valves and structure steel in the oil and gas/marine and offshore industries will be preferred.
- Knowledge in valves and actuation will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a strong sense of urgency, meticulous and excellent follow up skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
- Exposure in project management.
