HR Executive (West/ 5 days/ Up to $3,000 + AWS + VB)


Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle on-boarding process including contract preparation and signing, new hire orientation, logistics preparation, first day reporting, data entry, data verification, P-file creation and data management
• Administer the confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, performance management, discipline, grievance handling and enquiries for in-service Security Officers.
• Involve with the manpower movement administration such as new hire deployment, re-deployment/transfer, conversion and re-hiring.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Support the administration of existing and new reward schemes for the in-service Security Officers.
• Support the implementation or changes to the Progression Wage Model (PWM) in line with the statutory requirements.
• Administer Work Pass applications, renewal and cancellation in line with regulations
• Handle off-boarding process including liaison with the Business Unit, Payroll, Leave Administrator Support the periodic or ad-hoc request of statistical reports as and when required by the Management.
• Support the major annual activities including Annual Appraisal


Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year relevant experience in similar capacity
• Experience in Prosoft and SAP will be added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent in written and communication skills
