Job Description
►Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm
►$2200 to $3000 depending on experience (Do not need to be from the same industry)
►Top leading MNC with training provided
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing after-sales Customer Service and handling walk-in customers whom needs to resolve matters pertaining to their watches (This is purely a customer service role, no sales involved)
Ensuring smooth daily operations between Service Center, Watch Technicians & Retail Boutiques
Assisting Inventory & Marketing department when necessary pertaining to new timepieces for quality check
Handling of customer's enquiries or complaint via Email, Phone & in-person
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess minimum 1 year of frontline or call center customer service experience
Passionate about customer service
Passion to work in the watches / timepiece industry
Comfortable to work in an MNC environment
