Warehouse Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse functions
Assist in preparation of annual warehouse operational budget
Maintain operating expenses based on an annual operating budget
Interview and hire all warehouse employees
Provide warehouse training to all new employees
Prepare warehouse Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report
Ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by the warehouse staff
Assist in inventory management as need
Ensure all material handling and transportation equipment is properly maintained
Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for warehouse personnel
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Warehouse and logistics
Prior experience in managing fast moving industrial parts warehouse
Experience in industrial engine and parts distribution a plus
Knowledge of using warehouse inventory management system/ software
Valid Driver's license
