Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest port operators.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization, storyboarding and production of videos and posters for various publicity purposes and learning. (Eg, Safety Communications, Innovation, Operations, Training, TOS Product, Our Data Talk Seminar, Technology Forum, Workshops)
• Design and create professional product collaterals (e.g. Product leaflet)
• Design, create and edit existing artworks (e.g. Product logos)
• Perform video recording and text editing of recorded video
• Facilitate events management by providing logistical support; liaise with vendors on prizes & materials
• Pre and post production of items including filming of videos for events, digital imaging of photos, creating PowerPoint slides and output into CD for distribution.
• Source for material to promote innovative culture with adherence to business and vision for innovation
• Assist in the update of Innovation book or e-stories. Source for stories within Group of Companies, conceptualise, design and splice into the book additional stories
• Carry out administration of our internal communication portal. Update and upload of materials
• Collation of internal data and statistics
• Perform any other office assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Design or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Experience in Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign and Illustrator
• Basic knowledge in HTML (for webpage design), Microsoft SharePoint, WordPress
• Proficient in MS Office applications
