HR Assistant (General Admin/ West/ Up to $3,000)


Job Description

Our client is one of the world's largest port operators.

Responsibilities:

• Administering various forms of training funding including funding applications, following up and monitoring of claims and receipts etc
• Generation of regular financial and management reporting
• Providing support for annual budgeting exercise
• Generation of the course evaluations
• Administer of staff leave records including keying in of leave records, processing / following up on claims, etc
• Administering staff benefits and claims
• Administering payment related to the provision of training services including payment to trainers (associate, over-time, etc)
• Procurement office supplies including monitoring supplies level, putting up recommendations, getting quotations, placing orders and ensuring delivery and quality of products and services, processing of invoices/payment)
• Ensuring that the facilities are well maintained and in good working condition
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholder on services relating to office administration and facilities
• Processing of invoices / payment for services relating to office administration and facilities matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good in written & communication skills
• A good team player
