Senior Executive, Corporate Communications (West/ 5 days)


Job Description

Our client provides total security solutions and security services to a wide range of clientele.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualisation and implementation of Service Excellence initiatives, standards and frameworks to enhance organisational performance.
• Responsible for the management of public and internal feedback/complaints through the hotline and/or email correspondences.
• To provide prompt assistance to inquiries and feedback, ensure timely and professional service recovery and resolution.
• Collate and compile related data for analysis and management reporting.
• To support and maintain service quality improvement workflow, systems and processes.
• To support and coordinate service quality programmes to engage and encourage staff in promoting and performing quality service in the course of their duties.
• Participate in service quality events and other events assigned.
• Develop engaging contents for both internal and external communication platforms such as the electronic noticeboards, corporate website and social media platforms.
• Assist in the coordination of corporate visits and both internal and external events.
• Perform Photographer and/or Videographer functions for events, corporate visits, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good written & communication skills
