HR Assistant (1yr contract)


Job Description
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll function (for crews)
  • Process monthly payroll administration such as calculation of allowances, overtimes, claims, generate payslips and invoices
  • Assist HR Manager in HR & Administrative function
  • Assist in ordering of stationeries and pantry items


Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in payroll function
  • Must have experience in Payroll (primary scope)
  • Experience in HR and Administrative function
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
  • From S$3,200.00 to S$3,500.00
  • West
