Job Description

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
(SAFRA Points Rewards Programme)
- HQ, Mount Faber Club (2-Year Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities:

 Manage and operate our client Points Rewards Programme including planning, operations, marketing and administration.
 Conceptualise and execute marketing and promotion plans for redemption specials and clubs vendors' promotion to attain Points earning and redemption targets.
 Plan and initiate communication materials for the Rewards Programme for both online and offline channels.
 Conceptualise and execute our client Membership Grand Draw. This include the Grand Draw promotional mechanics, propose prizes and IT system requirements.
 Generate monthly report and provide analysis of members' spending, earning and redemption of SAFRA Points.
 Manage the Rewards Programme CRM system, criteria and vouchers issuance in both digital and paper format.
 Support enhancements for the Rewards Programme systems.
 Manage and liaise with merchants/vendor relating to SAFRA Points Rewards Programme.
 Monitor competitors' loyalty programme and conduct periodic review to improve SAFRA Points Rewards Programme value.

Requirements:


 Degree with 3-4 years' marketing/operations experience preferred.
 Meticulous with good supervisory, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
 Good team player who is able to work under pressure.
 Energetic with good multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude and strong customer focus instinct.
 Prior experience in a membership/rewards programme setting and/or digital vouchers scheme will be advantageous.
